I am going to try and stay under 600 calories a day and try to keep the exercise at 30 min a day. I am lowering the amount of insulin and I am taking the shot about 1/2 hour after I eat so as nto too take too much. If I have to keep drinking juice for low blood sugars then the diet won't work. :(
