Doing alright, but had a really rough weekend. Ate way too many fatty, greasy foods. Did get some exercise in since last weigh in. I finished out the green smoothie challenge strong, got down to 216lbs, but quickly gained almost all the weight back when I immediately binged after the challenge was over. Oh to find the elusive "balance". I'm back at it. (AGAIN) sigh.
