Weighed after running was a good run I don't know why the weight-loss is so slow it has to be more than calories in calories out for the next week I'm going to be completely zero carbs only carbs in the come from fruit or vegetables and we'll see what happens then😁
249.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
