I follow my plan reasonably well during the week, but pretty much indulge in whatever I want all weekend. I must be making up a lot of calories :-( I need to avoid wheat and flour. And the ice cream sundaes probably aren't helping much either.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
