I'm sure this isn't accurate. I think I had a touch of food poisoning. I was sick to my stomach all night on top of the cold/allergy thing.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate, about midnight every night (3 or 4 in a row)I've felt like I was about to, well you know. I thought it was my body telling me I was to low on something or the other but I was able to eat some saltines and it went away pretty quick. If you did get ya some food poisoning I hope you went to the Dr to get it checked out, that is a miserable feeling but I've had it only once and it was horrible. Hope you feel better soon.
