considering what i ate yesterday, I'm THRILLED there's only a 1.4 lb. jump.
I feel like i should feel guilty about it, but i don't. Better to have a big meal and really enjoy it than do a bunch of little passive aggressive diet-ruining because you feel deprived.
I had a beer. and a slab of cheese cake. and an enormous steak. And it was DELICIOUS. Everything was absolutely perfect.
Still, though, I have been feeling as though I should be keeping to 800 calories... so i'll try that for a couple of days and see if it's still doable.
