OK, for the last 2 years my doctor & I have been getting my anxiety & depression meds ironed out. For ages, exercise has made me too wound up to sleep properly. That seems to be fixed now! I have lost a LOT of muscle tone, so after 2 days of a gentle 2 mile jog/walk, I'm feeling really tired! I'm thinking today I may just do gardening and do my grocery shopping routine, which will be lots of standing and walking. It'll be a bit of a rest day and tomorrow I'll do another jog/walk. I'm planning on starting a weight training program too, called You Are Your Own Gym (YAYOG). I think I'm going to give it 2-4 weeks before I start that though. I expect it will take about 2 weeks for my body to get used to this new daily jog thing.
