I have made it to the last few days of spring break week, and still have a loss to show for it! That's an accomplishment. We have ate out more than normal, but my eating patterns are off. I have kept under my 1800 calories (if the restaurant nutritional information found online is accurate)...skipped a lot of snacks though, mostly because we have slept a lot later and I just can't fit it all in. Lost 1.6 lbs this week (and I'm weighing in a day early because I won't have time to get on the computer tomorrow. It's really weird though that my weight has been dropping much faster since I haven't been able to take my walks. Perhaps a sign my calories weren't high enough when I was getting more exercise? The extra hour or two of sleep per night makes a big difference? I'm not sure what to make of it. All I know is the less I'm trying, the more I'm losing.

217.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
