Well.......I was doing extremely well and then VACATION, a whole week in Racine WI with the wife's dad, and there was no gym, no support, and sadly no will power. I have decided that I am not going to weigh for a month, I have also decided to abandon WW diet in favor of the Atkins that has helped me lose over 100 lbs already. I know how to do Low Carb Lifestyle and I believe that it will be the best for me in the goal of droping the last 85lbs, I will then start to add in carbs and eat healthy like I was on WW because I know that I can maintain and enjoy like eating on the WW program and use it as maintenance to keep me going. Lastly, I said no gym and all I ca say is wow! One week off set me back some, I was tired and winded playing ball(probably have an extra 25lbs on me too) and I am extremely sore from the dead lifts, I feel better that I made it back in the gym. I dont know how other people feel but I was really glad that "MONDAY" came so I could finally stop eating everything in sight! 16 hours road trips up there and 16 hours back didnt kelp the figure either.
