This is getting depressing-maybe something else is going on that is preventing my exercising and dieting from working. will call Doc. to make an appointment to discuss.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sandi, It is always good to check with your physician when you are concerned. You can actually print out your food diary to show them. I'm not sure which eating plan you are on. I took a peek and notice you consumed quite a bit of processed food, wine and beer. All of these can sabotage your plan. You can get back on track and I'm sure you will be successful. Best of luck to you and be healthy.

Perhaps choosing to reduce the carbs and sugar will help you - if you eat candy, you will not lose.
