This time change has effected me so badly and I can't really say why. I just feel so off. I am also retaining water really badly but I think that is because that TOM is coming. *Sigh* Well I guess I will deal with it. So far, I am fasting today because I need to go and do this bloodwork finally. After that, I am going to do my best to eat plenty of protein and try to curb my cravings. I just wish this feeling would go away.
There has been no luck trying to get a hold of my dr so I can get the process started on seeing whether I have Celiac's or not which is rather frustrating. I dunno...I guess I should get up and get my day going.
