Didn't make it up to run yesterday morning, but did take an evening walk with the family. I'll run both days this weekend to help me burn my extra calories I eat on the weekends.

Father's Day this weekend. I'm going to do my best to pamper my husby. He deserves it and is a wonderful father. I'm making him my choc. chip vanilla pudding cookie bars. YUM! And am experimenting by adding peanut butter chips as well, as he requested a while back. Hope he likes them, and hope I can stop myself after eating just one. :)

133.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go Deb! Family walk = win! Making exercise part of the family routine is AWESOME. I could never get up at 5 AM so at least you made it once this week and that's a start. Weekends are easier, I am sure. I hope your hubby loves his father's day treat and you get some much needed time with the baby girl <3
