I raised my fats and my proteins stayed about the same, and the calories went alot higher, and I gained .4. I am not sure what I am doing wrong to not lose and to stop gaining. I don't know how people do stalls for months an not want to quit. I dont want to quit, I want to figure out why I am not losing. but there are times that I want to cheat because I know I am not losing.
