Yay! My first day seeing the scale below 150. Still lots of energy and no cravings. tried coconut bread this week. Liked the texture and taste. Had to be careful not to eat too much at once it was so good. increased the physical activity and seeing good results. Have to work hard at getting the foundation veggies each day now that I am back at work.

Good for you. 150 is an awesome number. Hope to see it again myself some day in the not tooooo distant future.
