This was a tough week for me and I think next week maybe tougher as I have a lot going on that week. Never mind though as I will try to do my best and if I stray I will keep the portions small.
My daughter is taking me out Friday 13th.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find small portions to be 90% of my problem. I eat pretty healthy, I just eat too much. Portion control is a big challenge. Good luck!

Your dog is gorgeous :-) Sorry, but I had to comment....I have a GSD too and a pretty one always catches my eye.

Thank you froggirl, I have to tell you they are my weakness and he is such a treasure. I also have a Rottie we rescued her when the owner was going to turn her over to the pound. I love big dogs as you can tell.

I totally get it....we have 2 GSDs and life just wouldn't be the same without 'em!
