Feeling tired today, must be from all that time in the garden yesterday. I have walked my dogs this morning now I will go to the gym for a couple of hours. I may tone my workout down a little so I last thru my last class which is Zumba.

Hi there Jenn,, good to see you got your car back. I think I have been there for the last couple of day so I am trying to start my day with protein to give my energy a boost. Feel better after my workout. You have a good day and enjoy driving your car, now it's back home.

What is your daily caloric intake?

Hi Go-Ya I try to keep my calorie intake around 1200-1400 sometimes I am way under. My carbs are what I have a big problem with although I am doing alot better.

Hi. Your carbs should be 158g./ protein 123g and fat 31g, Some food suggestions: Greek yogurt, chicken tacos (low carb flour tortillas) beef jerky, salad with chicken or turkey, Hormel compleats meals (chicken/roast beef) a good undenatured protein shake and a good undenatured protein bar.

I'm jealous!! working in the garden! Though it looks like we have a start for spring as it's sunny and supposed to be 60 today and most of the coming week. Might turn over one raised bed and plant some greens and peas this week. Great job on your exercise!!!

I join WFN in jealous solidarity! I would love to be outside but there's about 3-4 feet of snow all around my house - I have not seen ground level for some time now. But.... as you said WFN, it's sunny and the temperature is actually just slightly above freezing today - on the cusp of Spring!

Thanks' GO-YA for the info. I wrote it down so I don't forget what I need to do. I will have to check out Trader Joe's or Whole Foods for the Protein Shakes or bars.

wholefoodnut, I also love to work in the garden it's very relaxing for me. I am fortunate I live in CA and the weather here at this time is sunny, it's going to be quite hot today though and we are still in the tail end of winter. Wish I could send you some sunshine & warmer weather.

Gardens have been my sanity therapy for thirty plus years. We actually have a beautiful day. Taking the dog for a walk in a few, figure that will be my treadmill for cardio day, grins. It's lunch break time. Jenn is the one with lots of snow. I tried digging, the ground is still frozen, maybe better tomorrow after this beautiful day.

Me too! If I do get down, I just start planting-Next thing I know, I forgot why I was down in the first place. :) I am so happy that It works for you too I hope that it warms up enough, so that U can get out and do your thing :)!~Ann

Make sure it is undenatured protein. Google it. I have taken A LOT of crap in my day packed with fillers. I was hungry within an hour and the protein was NOT absorbed.
