Feeling really low, but don't know why. Trousers feeling a little tight and scales not showing much improvement. Not likely to give up, but don't like feeling this way at all.

Just take one meal at a time. Make baby steps and you will get there!

Try an 1800 calorie nutritional intake. 45% carbs/ 35% protein/ 20% fat. GO-YA!
