I talked to a nutritionist at lunch. Im super excited. she has lots of services to offer and I may even do some laser treatments to help tighten skin in my mid section from previous weight loss and kids. its not bad but is more of a complex issue for me than my overall weight. Her energy and sweet kindness has me ready to get this going. im so ready for summer. Can you tell. :) Even more excited to get some expert advice on getting some of this weight off. 15lbs isn't much but its not going anywhere fast. these last couple days ive seen some change and makes me very happy. so im sticking to it till I see her again next week for a more in depth plan.

That's great for the nutritionist. You sound so happy, positive, and upbeat. You don't seem to have gained a lot of weight; with childbearing, and are really young. Can their be another way for your tummy to tighten it? Without the invasive surgery. I know laser isn't so invasive, as regular surgery; but any surgery would be invasive enough, I feel. Perhaps, it is more skin, than the actual pounds. I have many years, and much on my tummy. If I had done something earlier, like tummy exercises it would have been so much better. I had a friend, that did stomach stapling, and had a lot of skin. She considered regular surgery, but latter changed her mind about it. Let us know on your decision, and much good luck to you. will will be happy to post any advise she gives. I don't get to exersice much now as I have an insane schedule. I think its almose exercise getting everyone where they need to be lol. and running thur house getting gathered up and keeping up with kitchen, toilets and laundry. lol. but on a real note. I used to work out 3 hours most everyday. did saunas and all. all the tummy exercises I did, didn't help my tummy. I could be rock hard and still had a bump and later had skin. (used to say in just had extra intestines. lol) considered surgery but I never had as im chicken and don't want to spend so much
