Took half a muscle relaxer last night along with my regular medications and finished my bookk and went to sleep a bit after midnight...slept til 5:30, let the dog out, and then dozed off and on til 10, so am moving in the right direction into getting my sleep back on schedule. FEELING BETTER and more energetic at least, less achy etc. so must be getting better quality rest, had lots of dreams though so am still catching up on REM sleep.

The niacin doesn't seem to have any side effects that I can tell. I am taking it at supper time with the evening vitamins and 2 ASA and feeling okay. No hot flashes.

Looks like the storms have moved over without giving us rain, but looks like Center ridge might have gotten some rain it was black that direction, I think thye are pretty spotty. Sun is out now and HOT and humid.

Looks like the bear was there last night...the heavy things were moved off the top of the young duck's pen but he didn't figure out how to get in I don't think as they were still there. I covered them back up and put the heavy things back on top.

10:30, took the niacin and my evening meds with my supper about 6:30 and no hot flashes. Feel sleepy and ready to go to bed, took HS meds, and am winding down. Didn't have the cravings for food that I had been having after dinner, and didn't eat a lot after dinner either. Did eat a snack of almonds, but over all stayed with my alloted amount of calories.
