I did great all week but bloated all woman know how that is:( But its ok hopefully next week will lose that gain and a little extra would be nice.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been feeling the same way this week and it's really affected my motivation and outlook. Trying to stay positive and push through.

try boiling celery leaves. Drink that water (hot or cold, add sweetener if you want). It really helps even on "those days". Best of luck!
