I have to do this. So many troubles from all of this extra weight. I need to get to a healthy weight. I don't want to feel like I need to hide in my clothes and I want to feel confident when I get invited to events. I will succeed.

I had to struggle a lot this year before I was able to get back on track. Found if I made it through the first 3 days I was able to continue. Best of luck in finding your motivation. BTW - I actually do own a cat that looks like your avatar!

You can do it Fat2Foxy.... I am still on my losing "tour" have always worn cardigans to try to hide me handles its been my security (even in Summer) Finally told myself this needs to stop I have more purses, scarfs and sweater than actual outfits because i am embarresed to shop even in plus size stores, used it as my motivation and have lost over 100 lbs. I have slipped dusted myself off and kept going. Not easy but I promise you decipline is so worth it...... You will succeed and feel confident my friend :)

Thank you so much, this has been a long time coming and I'm hoping to stick with it. BuffyBear, your cat looks like a feline version of me then hahaha! Seemeshrink, I also have many cardigans and I only shop online since I feel disgusted with myself. Shopping is no fun since I never feel "good" in my clothes.

Take one meal at a time...makes things less overwhelming!

This will change as you lose weight. I used to hate shoe shopping as I was unable to bend down to reach my feet. Now I love shoe shopping (unfortunately)!

I would love to buy a nice pair of heeled boots, but I'm too afraid to even try them on because I doubt my thighs will fit in most of them. Oh well, soon enough. One meal at a time is a great way to look at it:)
