Deere Man's Journal, 05 March 2015

What a week!!! I didn't eat responsibly but sure enjoyed the Chuy Mexican food, sweets and fresh tortillas from HEB and Shipley's donuts. I didn't add weight which much surprised me. I was thinking about all the post referring to "diet". I think that we use that word to mean we are not eating normally but have decided to eat differently to lose weight. When in fact we should use "diet" to mean the "grub" we consume as a part of our existence. Overeating is the big problem as much as diet. We can choose a healthy diet but over consumption is the bigger issue. I know I am a stress eater which doesn't make it easier to control, just makes me aware. My goal in calorie counting is to control my overeating for taste or stress fulfillment. I am done pontificating now. Live long and strong FS Warriors.

Looking at your weight loss history, I have no doubt you'll get back on track. Actually, You've done pretty well over the past couple of months. I don't see a massive gain.
