MISSED YESTERDAYS WORK OUT BUT MADE UP FOR IT THIS MORNING, HAD A GOOD WORKOUT BEFORE WORK TODAY, AND EVEN SKIPPED THE FREE BAGELS AND CREAM CHEESE OFFERED BY THE GYM. GOTTA STAY LOW IN CARBS NO MORE THAN 100 MAX A DAY! ALTHOUGH IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY OFFER BAGELS AND NOT A MORE HEALTHLY CHOICE OH WELL I WAS STRONG AND WALKED RIGHT PASS THEM!
