I can't believe how I am dropping weight all of a sudden! It's just crazy! Every day that I have weighed myself this week I have been down at least a pound. I took 5 days off from the diet but still ran and gained 1/2# by Sunday, which I thought wasn't too bad considering what I had eaten during those 5 days! Lets just say it wasn't BFL approved! I'm just starting my 2nd round of the 3 month challenge and this will be the most important one. I'm hoping to lose at least another 20#'s and show some muscle def. That's my hope any way.
