just found out my thyroid levels are elevated and i recently gained weight very rapidly.
i'm going to be very strict with my low carb over the next few weeks.
my bsl's are all over the place and hope to get these endocrine issues settled today.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
