my weight has been steady this last week. Not sure if it's because my TOM is coming or if I've done something wrong. :/ I'm disappointed, but staying the course. Hopefully I'll see a big drop this week.

It could be TOM or something as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Just stay on plan and stay hydrated.
