Lost 8 pounds in 2 week..It was slow this week..first week I was down by 6 pounds..second week ,it was just 2 pounds.well I need to focus more. Last week 3 times weight training but this week I hit the gym only twice. I will be back on tuesday for weight training.Hopefully I will reached the goal.

Eight pounds in two weeks is pretty amazing. That first week or so is mostly water, so now losing a couple a week is great.
