Sigh, still 80 at 9:00. super short walk for the dogs, I guess. I already swam, was a good one. slightly cooler than yesterday. lost my entry from this morning, pretty much just complaining about the heat and an okay swim once I slowed down due to being too hot to go fast in the water. that one was 836 strokes off the top of my head, don't remember heart rate and METs. kept the current down and switched up paddles today for fun. 866 strokes, 10.8 METS, average heart rate 137. I think I'm going to go for a solid hour tomorrow.

Lots of pics to make up for the past few months. Sadie got to shine in her wagon earlier, I've been hanging out at the house mostly the past few months, but going to get back to it as soon as this heat breaks. Walking further with the new pup, but need to keep hands on the leash until he learns the ways of the pack. Shasta as lifeguard and with her canine echo, Chance.
