woooow the power of 30 minutes weights,45 min morning and evening cardio,plus very low carb meals.....today is friday I am resting so i workout on weekend that i dont fall in food temptations.keep keeping on
148.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 15.4 lb a week
