Had a very intense zumba workout today outside with MULYP. It was quite fun. I truly enjoyed it. My period just ended today. It was actually the first nomal period ive had in quite some time. Probably in years. excited about going to church tomorrow for the first time in Milwaukee. Good day. gotta keep on keeping on with weight loss.
289.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 129.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
