Must have been a omen. I got a email from fat secret today. I just started back at the gym tues. Been a few rough years for me. Husband passed in oct, father-in-law in march and mom-in-law Easter of 13. I need to try and get in a routine so I don't go half crazy. Was doing good for awhile but the carbs and donuts have been my best friend for a bit. I started to write down my eats so it always seem to help me before. Time to try and take care of myself!!!!
