can't say much for the exercise today but at least I did some only because I didn't have a car to drive around in and I had to walk from one place in town to the other and it was only a 15 min walk (thank God). my right shin was really hurting when I walked on it and gave me pain it's not fair, but that's what happens when ones body has had enough of the excess weight it has been carrying around for a while
