WTF again!!!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's pretty normal when you have very little to lose. Things such as hormones, exercise, too much sodium, medication, stress, and many more factors can make our water weight go up and down. If you eat a lot of protein one day, the scale may go down the next. If you eat more carbs the next, it may go back up. SO many things can do it. You just have to keep your diet tight and kick up the activity levels if you can. It took a friend of mine, 6 months to get the last 10lbs off. So just stick with it.
