Kind of logged my calories for today although i couldn't find all the foods plus i wasn't sure about the cup measurements so i had to guess. still ate waaaay over how much i needed to eat i really need to find a happy medium between the two i am going to try much much better tomorrow!
managed about 12mins straight jogging which is a big thing for me because i run out of breath easily. so yeah happy looking forward to going to WW meeting tomorrow after work am still gna log weight first thing and then will make a note of what scale says in the meeting.
