Yes, I am a slave to the scale. I was thinking I should be at 290 by now, and find this so frustrating. I know, don't let it get to me--- it's just a number.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
