Started the day off yesterday with good intentions. What do they say about the road to hell? Oh, well. Today starts as most workdays do, failrly disciplined. Front-loaded carbs for the day with my bagel and fat-free coffee but I'm still within recommended ranges for carbs and calories. Let's not talk about sodium though. We will see where my store-bought lunch will take me later.
Part two - went to supermarket to get a few things and get some walking in. Unfortunately, chowed down 8 pcs. store-fried chicken (skin and breading removed, of course!) and felt like a fraud afterward. Maybe dinner will be more sane.
