Last week I had a holiday In Finland so there was a lot of walking, a lot of skiing and some snowmobiling, all in all a lot of exercise was had by all.
I tried to keep to a diet and it went pretty well, lost another 6lb since last weigh in so ok with that.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
