3 weeks with cast on leg and eating like a fool.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain, only a week so far with a leg cast here, but it is really sucking my morale down the toilet.

Getting Back on track. 2 1/2 hours per day cycling and controlling the diet much better.
