This is all going to be so new for me. But I need all of the help and motivation that I need.
I know I am overweight and I have a special needs daughter who, due to her condition, has no or very little metabolism and can gain weight very easily. She is overweight as we are struggling to eat healthier and to get her motivated to exercise.
I am open for all of the help and advise anyone has to offer.
