Hi, I love this site.
Congratulations on being a non-smoker! I have been smoke free for 9 years now, and now trying to get my husband to be a non-smoker. What worked for me when I quit was chewing gum. That works for some people, and not for others, just a suggestion. Good luck with everything! CH
