Well, after seeing what I was eating and actually seeing the calories, I'm like "WOW". I did lose 1 pound, but lets hope that that stays off!!
I signed up for the Reduce My Thighs challange, so if anyone has some good ideas about minimizing them, I would be forever grateful. My thighs right now are :( 27 1/4". I would love to get a couple of inches off. I havent measured the rest of my body, I don't think I'm ready for that, but I know I have to to be serious about this and to see the progress and motivate me more.
I'm hoping for a better day and with the weekend coming up, lets see!
