Somehow I gotta increase my protein intake and decrease my carb intake. Its just so tempting because my favorite foods are mostly carb loaded foods and thats what I grew up on, therefor making a big change is hard. HOPEFULLY the one small meal a day full of carbs will be enough for my fix on the delicious foods... SELF CONTROL IS NEEDED!
