So i'm truly starting my Spike Diet today. I was basically following it.... however it seems i actually havent been eating enough? Idk. I'm getting really aggravated. I want my body fat to go down and lose weight seriously. I'm totally done with carrying like... 10 pounds of excess fat. I'm at 21.5% body fat. So by no means am i "large". I'm super active i think. I take this very seriously, do the reading, eat the right stuff and i'm still not getting it. Idk. I'm going to have to really start seeing some results soon.... Can anyone take a look at my food log. I dont really log my spikes. I need to really strict with that. I have to get into the habit of cycling with my kcal. I'm hoping this will work.

Did cardio this morning
1. 20 min on the arc trainer
2. did 2000m of rowing in under 10 min. 2200m in total.
3. 10 min of hardcore abs and strectching

Going to do some lifting after work too. I'm done with fat.

If you are at 21% body fat and you lose another 10% you would be doing your body alot of damage. Anything under 13% body fat is going to be next to impossible for a woman. You need at least 13% to maintain life and reproductive functions, men need less essential body fat because essentially we have less our body needs to cushion. If you're not comfortable with 21% you may want to consider becoming a professional athlete or body builder. Those are typically the only individuals that usually get down to those "essential body fat" numbers. On the other hand, maybe your just confusing some of your bodies elasticity with fat. If you want to lower the body fat even more, hit it up hard! But make sure your goals are achievable.. 11% is not achievable.

What he said! If your looking to sculpt yourself, I would highly recommend a Trainer. They can assess your current build and give you targeted exercises to get you to how you want to look...and do it in a healthy manner.
