Finding that fatigue hits me about every other day. Can't seem to get above 1,000 in calories, but don't seem hungry at all. I only ate twice today which I know isn't healthy, but I'm not hungry. Will weigh in in a few days and see what's up.

Try eating some nuts to get more calories in, it is hard to eat lots of calories on a low carb diet maybe some olive oil would help, anyway doesn't matter how many times you eat per day, it's about what you eat and how much, you could eat all your calories in 1 meal if you wanted and not eat for the rest of the day or you could space your calories in 6 meals it won't matter, it's all about personal preference.
