While I got to bed by 11:15 pm, I used my "me" time for 30 minutes peddling, and 20 minutes using 1# weight for my arms. I started adding coconut oil to my WOE. Fried some fish in it last night. Talked to my sister, she is starting to ask Questions about Atkins. That is a big change for her since she's been so against it since I started. I guess that she is finally seeing that her WOE is not working. Carb-smarb! Fat is where it's at!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
