Bugger!!! I had a really busy week, stuck 100% to my healthy diet and hardly any result on the scales! I was always on the move but didn't do any proper exercise. And the same 2 lbs kept coming off and going back on. So I have recorded a loss of 0.2 lbs. How pathetic!!!

Try to do some analysis on your weight loss pattern. I lose around 2 lbs after my TOM and rest of month around half lb per week. This has been the same pattern for last 3 months now. And you are doing good so keep at it :)

Thanks Ruchi I will look for a pattern. Diet wise I have done really well, just need to get more serious about exercise now. Difficult to make time for it.
