I have always been overweight and have always craved for that well toned body to wear and flaunt good dresses. I am going to be 33 this year and while people can call it a "midlife crisis", I think that this might be my last chance to free myself from this extra baggage before I think I am too old to do it :)
The first change I brought was to respect myself and start to take care of myself. I have a beautiful 5 yr old daughter and I devote all my time left after work and chores to her. But I realise that I need to love myself to be able to love and care for others.
Losing a lot of weight is hard and it takes a long time. And a sweet tooth and crazy love for chocolate doesnt help either. But I need to be disciplined and honest with myself. I will not let my body pay for my tongue's lust. So here I am..Looking for all the suppport I can get..
My rewards have to involve food so here it is..
75 Kg- Caramel Mocha Sundae from my fav icecream shop- REACHED 6th May 2011
70 Kg- time to go shopping..some new outfits
65 Kg- sign up for swimming class..never learnt it as I was ashamed to wear a bikini. Go for a exotic dinner with hubby where I eat till I drop.
60 Kg- buy myself the best dress that money can buy ( read I can afford :)
58 Kg- Show off !! Love myself.
