started a new diet at work, this time not going to set a diet, just going to eat healthy:)
243.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1080 kcal Fat: 30.71g | Prot: 67.92g | Carb: 126.68g.   Breakfast: Apples, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Banana, Great Value Sliced Carrots, The Biggest Loser Celery Sticks. Lunch: Clover Valley Cheese & Crackers, Skinless Chicken Breast, Schwan's Croissant Dinner Roll, Kashi Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Almond & Sea Salt. Dinner: White Rice, American Value Green Beans (Canned), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). more...

day 3 of eating healthy and has not been hard at all, eating less carbs which has actually helped. so far happy happy, and just need to keep this attitude up:)

Sandra, Good job girl and great idea on eating healthy, thats exactly the life style I've started. No diet just eating foods that are good for me and (Brace yourself, I joined a gym). If you have a Sam's club near you they have the best fresh Veggies
