This weigh in is solid, physical proof. Low carb works for me. Last night was the first time in the last month that I'd gone grocery shopping or to buy gas that I hadn't cheated and eaten something terrible for me. My sense of accomplishment as I pulled in to my little town was fantastic. This morning the scale tells me I dropped 1.4lbs in 24hrs while eating all day and drinking lots of water. It's funny how you can forget how fantastic a successful day can feel when you're mired in addiction.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
