Looking at my activity diary I've been lazy all week (as far as regular execercise otherwise I've actually been pretty busy). I need to kick it into gear again and get back in the habit. Runnings not an option in this deserts summer heat but 30min of cardio salsa along with some high intensity calisthenics and pilates resistance training is doable. Yeah air-conditioning and streaming workout videos.
